Davis Farmers Market Central Park, Davis — One of the best farmers markets in the country, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026. Fresh produce, baked goods, prepared food, and live music. Saturdays 8am–1pm (year-round) | Wednesdays 4–8pm (April–August, Picnic in the Park)

2nd Friday ArtAbout Downtown Davis — A monthly self-guided art walk exploring galleries, art co-ops, and local businesses. Discover regional talent and enjoy the vibrancy of downtown Davis.

Clarksburg & Winters Wine Trails Across Yolo County — Visit family-run tasting rooms from the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg to downtown Winters. Times vary by winery.

Fridays on Main: Live Music Downtown Winters — Live music on Main Street every Friday evening through summer, 6:30–9pm.


May 2026

1–31 | National Bike Month Davis is the Bicycle Capital of the United States — celebrate with 100+ miles of bike lanes and community rides all month long.

9–10 | BerryFest Strawberry Festival Yolo County Fairgrounds, Woodland — Northern California’s favorite Mother’s Day weekend tradition with fresh strawberries, live music, a classic car show, kids’ carnival, and 40+ food vendors. 9am–4pm.

13 | Unlimited Miles: Tribute to Miles Davis Mondavi Center, UC Davis — A jazz tribute to the legendary Miles Davis, 7:30pm.

16–17 | California Honey Festival Yolo County Fairgrounds, Woodland — Free, family-friendly celebration of bees and honey featuring tastings, cooking demos, live music, and 40,000+ attendees. 10am–5pm Sat, 10am–3pm Sun.


June 2026

6 | Davis PrideFest Davis Civic Center Park — Yolo County’s largest LGBTQ+ celebration with live music, food, community exhibitors, and family activities, 4pm.

14 | Flag Day

19 | Juneteenth Celebration

19–20 | Davis Music Festival Delta of Venus & downtown Davis venues — Two days of live music across multiple stages featuring local and regional artists.


July 2026

4 | Davis 4th of July Celebration & Fireworks Community Park, Davis — Free celebration with live music, food vendors, kids’ games, bike criterium, and a fireworks show at 9:30pm.

4 | Woodland 4th of July Bike Parade, Swim Fest & Fireworks Downtown Woodland & Woodland High School — Pancake breakfast, bike parade on Main Street, community swim fest, and fireworks at dusk.

10–12 | Tasty Nights Street Food Festival Yolo County Fairgrounds, Woodland — Three nights of street food vendors, live entertainment, and family fun.

17–Aug 2 | California State Fair Cal Expo, Sacramento — The annual summer tradition just 15 minutes from Davis, featuring concerts, carnival rides, livestock, food, and exhibits.


August 2026

1 | Davis Farmers Market 50th Anniversary Celebration Central Park, Davis — A milestone celebration honoring five decades of local farmers, food, and community, 8am–1pm.

12–16 | Yolo County Fair Yolo County Fairgrounds, Woodland — Northern California’s longest-running free-gate fair with a demolition derby, livestock shows, carnival, live entertainment, and community exhibits.


September 2026

23 | Ghostbusters in Concert Mondavi Center, UC Davis — The classic film screened with a live orchestra performing the score.

TBD | Yolo Wine & Food Affair Davis — A celebration of the best of Yolo County wine and cuisine. Date and details to be announced.
