Local Events – El Dorado County

El Dorado County shines in the winter and spring, offering a perfect blend of exceptional winemaking and seasonal outdoor activities. As the vineyards rest under a light winter frost and prepare to bloom in spring, you can enjoy cozy wine tastings by the fire or explore the scenic beauty of the snow-dusted Sierra foothills. In spring, the landscape comes to life with wildflower blooms, making it an ideal time for vineyard tours and nature walks. From peaceful strolls through blossoming vineyards to scenic drives leading to hidden wineries, El Dorado’s winemaking heritage pairs perfectly with the refreshing seasonal beauty. Whether you’re sipping a bold red during a winter sunset or a crisp white on a sunny spring day, the county offers a rich experience for every wine lover..
