Americana Impossible Burger
There’s nothing more classic than a good burger, but trust us, this one is anything but basic. In it, you’ll find some delightfully unlikely pairings, like sriracha and pepperoncini, along with classic ingredients like fresh sliced tomato, onions, and lettuce. The addition of a brioche bun, rather than a potato or white bread bun, adds a hint of sweetness that pulls all of the flavors together. Bonus points if you take on the task of baking your own homemade brioche buns, but store-bought will always do the trick!
The magic of this burger comes from the perfect balance of spicy, crunchy, sweet, sour, and salty flavors. If you have any picky eaters in your mix, don’t fret—you can still satisfy everyone’s craving for a juicy burger. This recipe is super easy to customize for everyone’s tastes. It pairs perfectly with some crispy french fries, a side salad, or can be served on its own. And you can enjoy it for every meal of the day—breakfast? We won’t judge. The Impossible™ Burger cooks in just 4 minutes and is juiciest at medium-rare to medium temperatures.
