I’ve been able to succeed in just less than 4 short years in this business through my loyal clients, connections made with the Select Group, being an avid student of the business, staying positive, being persistent as well as striving to be the hardest worker in the room. My motivation has been my family and working to provide a service to my clients that no one in the Chico area can provide. I specialize in representing Landlords, Tenants, businesses, and investors with Leasing, Listing, and/ or investment properties within the office, warehouse, and multifamily sectors. I’ve been one of the “Top 100” Select Group agents and the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals Winner in the Sacramento region for closing a top CRE transaction in 2020. Some notable sales and listings are, an on-going 38-unit warehouse leasing listing, 129,600 SQ FT warehouse lease worth $1,100,000+, a 8,160 SQ FT office lease worth $1,300,000+, and a 22-unit Chico State multifamily $5,600,000 closed sale.

When I’m not diligently working in my client’s best interest, I enjoy hiking, hot yoga, beekeeping, traveling, wine tasting, Broadway shows, and visiting as many National Parks as possible. One of Justin and I’s goals it to visit every National Park in America. We are both The Ohio State University alumni graduating in December 2013, Go Bucks! I have found a home in Chico where I work to give back via the Chico Noon Rotary Club. In addition I am a part of the Rotary International committee, currently orchestrating a project in Mexico. I belong to Chico Business Network International (BNI) as well.

I am thankful for my family, my dog (Homie), my clients, and the doors that real estate has opened for me. My passion is to wake up and sell and lease real estate and hope to inspire other people to do the same.
