TALE’A BROOKE ELIZABEH VISCARRA

I optimize Integrity, Energy, Hard Work and Creative Service in every detail of not just life with my family but also in every Real Estate transaction. I have experience working with buyers and sellers from first time clients to investors and I have a construction background. I grew up in Northern California and upon starting a family I migrated here to the foothills where I enjoy raising my girls. Having over 16 years’ experience as a Licensed Realtor, I relish in helping people turn the page and begin a new chapter in their lives. Devoted to God and my family. I have a passion for cooking and I thoroughly take advantage of everything life has to offer. Outdoors is a year-round passion, I love to horseback ride, hike and I am an avid fisher (wo)man, hunter and most importantly, Mom to 3 daughters; Journey age 17, Erickah age 13, Brooklyn age 11 and 2 “Bonus” sons; Valen age 10 and River age 8. As part of Century 21’s team, I take advantage of all the tools and marketing opportunities a big corporate world affords, yet I’m still a small-town girl at heart and offer one-on-one personal commitment that turns most clients into friends. I pride myself in working every aspect of my transactions from the first phone call all the way to closing. My family motivates me to be the best I can be and my passion for Real Estate motivates me to ensure my clients success.  I have full support from a partner who understands the demanding yet rewarding aspects of my career.

In February 2017, I was invited and strongly encouraged to join the Board of Directors for the Nonprofit Organization, “Gold Country Wildlife Rescue”, animals are close to my heart and I am really enjoying using my marketing knowledge and community connections to build awareness and acquire support and donations for the organization, I am a Director on my resident HOA Board.  Needless to say, I am a people person and very active in our community.  I am known for outstanding client service, personal touches and a skilled negotiator, always having my client’s best interest at heart because of those qualities in 2019 I was awarded from our main corporate office the highly esteemed “Quality Service Award”  through 3rd party surveying, I had over a 98% return rate with 5 stars for my service provided, I also met criteria with our local association of Realtors to be included and awarded among the top 3% of all realtors in our region for “Masters Club”, having sold over 7 million in inventory for 2019, I was also deemed one of the “Top 100” agents within our Company in all of Northern California. In August of 2020, I was honored to represent the Sellers in a very high-profile sale, setting a Record for Highest Recorded Sale in Folsom of $1.7 Million. Regardless of the dollar point on the sale for either Seller or Buyer, I treat each transaction with the same quality service.  I believe it is not only my duty to represent my client, but also my responsibility to educate them throughout every step of the process and it is my privilege to help, so that my clients can make the best decision possible. I am only accomplished and satisfied when I have happy clients.
