Agent Spotlight – Teresa Chamness-Machado

Teresa Machado is a top-producing, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist and Realtor of 16 years. During her Real Estate career, she has had 2 open-heart surgeries, a baby and a wrist surgery, among other trying times. Her motto is “adversity is a given, but tenacity is a decision.” She is blessed to be Mom to Colton (almost 16), Chloe (10 in a few months) and CocoBelle (3 year old Chocolate Labradoodle). Teresa and husband Eric have spent a lot of time at the kids sporting events, especially motocross races and horseshows, but especially love beach camping in the RV, boating and wakesurfing when they can find the time.

Eric and Teresa buy and renovate houses, kinda like Chip & Joanna but on a much smaller scale. Teresa even has an upcoming local Real Estate show and can help you highlight your new Northern Nevada listings, even if it’s in escrow already, as a marketing tool for more great listings. Teresa also enjoys Pilates, Cardio Barre and Horseback Riding. One of Teresa’s favorite events is the annual Select Summit, if you see her there in September 2021, please be sure to say hello!
