Our Northern California Expansion

I am really proud to be a part of the Select Group. Our company continues to thrive , even during a Pandemic. While all Real Estate is local and I focus on my market area, being affiliated with a healthy and growing company allows me to have all the resources I need to take fabulous care of you.

We were successful in completing several strategic mergers already this year. We acquired a 3-location company in the Sacramento area in March, another office in Grass Valley in May, and additional office in South Lake Tahoe in June. Each merger allows us to strengthen our ability to better support and serve our clients. Lastly, we are excited to announce that our Elk Grove office is moving into a beautiful new building this weekend.

We have been very busy helping our clients buy and sell homes. The market is very active with lots of Buyers and low inventory of homes for sale. Our company set lots of records in July with our Real Estate sales over 50% higher than in July of 2019. Our Mortgage and Property Management companies also achieved record numbers.

While this Pandemic is real and we are being very careful and following all safety protocols, we are also in our offices working every day to serve our clients.
