Don’t Get Stuck With a DRE Fine (CA Only)

As of January 1, 2018, all points of contact and advertising must include the broker’s name, the Realtor’s® or agent’s name, and licensee’s number. Recently, some of our agents out of Roseville were hit with some hefty fines because their signs did not have the sufficient requirements. Not only does the agent get hit with a $2,500 fine, but so can the office plus the broker. So, as a reminder, any time you have your name or information on a sign it must include your DRE license number.
