FOLSOM, CA: On Thursday, May 3rd, Stanford Mortgage hosted their first quarterly sales training/TEAM Building Event for all 12 offices, Mortgage Advisors, and support staff teams at the outdoor Amphitheatre in Old Folsom. Attendees traveled from as far away as Reno and Idaho to participate in the days’ events. The event was led by General Manager, Tim Rowen, and Regional Manager, Barry W. Pearson.
The day started off with a recap of the 2018 1st quarter stats where Tim Rowen and Barry W. Pearson provided the numbers reflecting a stronger years beginning versus the same period from 2017. Stanford Mortgage increased their loan volume by 10.1 million versus last year’s 1st quarter loan volume.
Stanford Mortgage set a goal at the end of 2017 to have 60% purchase loan files CTC (clear to close) in 21 days or less, and Rowen was excited to share with the group that Stanford Mortgage accomplished 62% purchase files CTC in 21 days or less in April. 52% purchase files CTC year-to-date is now the average. Operations Manager, Robin Newman, has provided an effective and positive support system for Stanford Mortgage’s support teams, much to the acclaim and cheers of the entire sales team.
Also in attendance were special guests AREA Sales Manager, Dustin Priest, and New Regional Vice President, Craig Davis, who shared with the Stanford Team the new FAM vision of One FAM | Two-X | Tip of the Spear. Stanford Mortgage remains excited to receive the new tools Finance of America rolls out.
Compared with prior events, the Stanford Mortgage Management Team felt that the sales/team building event took a huge leap forward due to the true problem solving and team building exercises completed, all of which were focused on learning from one another.
The afternoon concluded with a delicious luncheon at Q’Bole where everyone in attendance received final words of wisdom from The Select Group President and CEO, Daniel Jacuzzi. Special recognition and appreciation was given to Business Manager, Kerrylynn Kiggins, for her role in planning and arranging the event, as well as her fantastic job in providing the entire sales team special with Cinco de Mayo giveaways for their sales team referral partners.
These events are planned for each quarter and throughout different locations. The Stanford Mortgage Management team is committed to consistently assisting their Sales and Support teams in order to have continued growth and long-lasting success.
