Ingredients
1/3 cup almond milk
½ cup organic plain yoghurt
1 apple, peeled and cored
3 Tbsp oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg (opt.)
1 tsp vanilla
½ frozen banana
handful ice
Preparation
