Crab and Sweet Potato Hash
Breakfast At Tiffany’s
Crab makes this brunch luxurious and special, while sweet potatoes and spinach infuse it with vitamins and minerals – something we all need during the holidays. The fried egg pulls it together, making you look like a genius (the next best thing to looking like Audrey Hepburn)
Use white potatoes leftover from dinner instead of sweet potatoes and shrimp or lobster in place of the crab if you prefer. — Chef Sarah Lee Myers
