South Yuba Rotary Club Hosts Back-to-School Shopping Spree

The South Yuba County Rotary Club hosted its annual back-to-school shopping spree Aug. 10 for children.

Volunteers included club members and the 2013 Yuba-Sutter Royal Court, Miss Yuba-Sutter Cheyanne Upton, Miss Live Oak Parker Lynn Stevenson Barnes and Mini-Miss Yuba-Sutter Lily Long.

The children earlier identified as in need of basic necessities for the school year and their parents assembled at Walmart in Linda for the event.
