About 30 classic cars will be on display at Plumas Lake Hot August Nights at the Plumas Lake Golf Course.

With food, raffles and activities for children, the event is from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. Aug. 31 at 1551 Country Club Road in Plumas Lake. Admission is free.

The event includes a hamburger and fries meal for $8 per person; and free for children under 3 years.

Ice cream floats and beer will also be available for purchase.
